Biography
Foley Laseinde has extensive litigation and international arbitration experience. This includes representing clients in a wide array of legal matters, including insurance defense, white collar matters, and commercial litigation. He obtained a B.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto (Canada), a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond (USA) and an LL.M from Durham University (England).
His litigation experience is varied and deep, spanning the gamut from discovery, depositions, written and oral motion practice to conducting trials. Crucially, Foley has appeared in courts across several jurisdictions as a result of being licensed to practice law in: New York; Ontario, Canada; England and Wales; and Nigeria.
