In October of 2018, Doug Perry obtained dismissal of a claim in the Supreme Court Nassau County against his client, a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who is alleged to have failed to timely diagnose an impending stroke in the plaintiff who went on to suffer from a cerebrovascular Accident consisting of a hemorrhagic stroke.
