Wrongful Death

In May of 2017, Doug Perry obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a Hospital and their employed Psychiatrist who it is alleged prematurely discharged a psychiatric patient who, following discharge, murdered his wife and committed suicide thereby leaving infant children. The Estate of the Deceased mother of the infant children sued the hospital and psychiatrist for wrongful death, pain, suffering and fear of impending death surrounding the alleged premature discharge of the deceased father or the infant children. A defendants verdict was obtained on behalf of the Psychiatrist and Hospital.
