In December of 2017, Doug Perry obtained a defense verdict on behalf of his client, a Board Certified Internist who served as the Primary Care Physician for a patient whose estate sued for Wrongful Death and Pain and Suffering in a case involving the alleged failure to place the patient NPO. The patient aspirated contrast material which thereafter resulted in the development of aspiration pneumonia.
