Medical Malpractice

Geoff Pforr, Esq. obtained dismissal at trial in Supreme Court, Suffolk County. At the close of plaintiff’s case against our client, a board certified family practitioner, who was alleged to have departed from the standards of care by failing to timely diagnose and treat bacterial endocarditis, the Court dismissed the claims based upon Mr. Pforr’s motion for failure of plaintiff’s counsel to establish a prima facie case against the physician.
