Appellate Win – Medical Malpractice

Following a June 2017 Post-Trial decision setting aside a plaintiff’s Medical
Malpractice verdict (split decision, 5-1), Geoff Pforr persevered again and by
unanimous Decision & Order dated September 11, 2019, the Appellate Division,
Second Department, affirmed the Order of the Court which set aside the verdict and
dismissed plaintiff’s action. Mr. Pforr successfully argued against plaintiff’s appeal
which was heard on November 1, 2018.
